RMS Power Engineering
RMS Power Engineering was formed in 2019 and the team within the company has been together since 2013. We aim to provide Power System Design, Analysis and Consultancy services from LV to 33kV. With over 80-years of combined experience within the team at RMS Power Engineering, our expertise and knowledge can be relied upon to address any Power System Engineering requirement – be it front end engineering and feasibility, tender support, detailed design, review of existing installations, or onsite construction support.
We specialise in a “Cradle to Grave” approach with our projects
taking them from an initial concept through to
the final handover of a completed system.
We currently hold partial NERS (National Electricity Registration Scheme) accreditation
which allows us to complete designs working as an ICP
(Independent Connection Provider) for DNOs (Distribution Network Operators).
We work with a range of clients with extensive experience in the following areas:
- Power System Analysis including Fault, Protection Grading and Load Flow Studies.
- Embedded Generation projects and Grid Connections.
- 50Hz to 60Hz Frequency Conversion for Ports – both Rotary and Static.
- Earthing Design.
- HV/LV Network Detailed Design.
